SALES, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Sam’s Furniture & More, we believe in clear communication, fair dealing, and transparency. The following policy is provided to ensure all customers understand the terms of sale before completing a purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS
Sam’s Furniture & More does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
This no-refund policy applies to all merchandise, including but not limited to:
Furniture and mattresses
Appliances
Electronics
Tires and rims
Engines and transmissions
ATVs and outdoor equipment
Tools, jewelry, accessories, clearance items
Special-order, custom, or discontinued merchandise
Once a purchase is completed, ownership transfers to the customer, and the sale is considered final.
EXCHANGE CONSIDERATION (LIMITED & AT MANAGEMENT DISCRETION)
While refunds are not offered, an exchange may be considered in limited situations and only with management approval.
Exchange consideration is not guaranteed
Approval is determined solely by Sam’s Furniture & More management
Approved exchanges may be subject to:
Restocking, handling, or processing fees
Price differences
Inventory availability
If approved, exchanges may be issued as store credit only.
Cash refunds or original payment reversals are not permitted.
Sam’s Furniture & More reserves the exclusive right to approve or deny any exchange request.
CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
All merchandise is sold in its present condition at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing on the sales document.
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all merchandise prior to purchase
Product specifications, appearance, size, color, features, compatibility, and suitability are the customer’s responsibility to confirm before completing the sale
Manufacturer variations, cosmetic characteristics, packaging condition, or normal handling marks do not qualify for refunds or exchanges
Once merchandise leaves the store or is accepted by the customer, it is considered received in satisfactory condition
Installed, used, altered, damaged, or mishandled items are not eligible for exchange consideration.
SPECIAL ORDERS & FINANCED PURCHASES
All special-order or custom items are final sale and non-exchangeable
All financed, lease-to-own, or third-party approved purchases are subject to this same no-refund policy
Sam’s Furniture & More is not responsible for lender decisions, approvals, payment schedules, or contract terms
Any disputes related to financing must be addressed directly with the financing provider.
DELIVERY, PICKUP & STORAGE
Delivery or pickup services do not alter this policy
Customers are responsible for timely pickup or delivery coordination
Storage fees may apply to unclaimed merchandise
Failure to arrange pickup or delivery does not create eligibility for a refund, return, or exchange
POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a purchase at Sam’s Furniture & More, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to this policy in full.
This policy exists to:
Maintain fair pricing
Protect inventory integrity
Ensure consistent and equal customer service
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
Sam’s Furniture & More reserves the right to:
Interpret and enforce this policy at its sole discretion
Refuse service in cases of abuse, misrepresentation, or policy violation
Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice
